As an independent clinic, we have limited resources vs. larger institutes. We do have a large panel of patients and therefore may not be able to answer every call that comes in at the same time. We ask that you leave a message and will return your call within 24 hours. If there is an urgent matter, please don't hesitate to come into the clinic or email us at our website. If there is an emergency, please head to the Emergency Room first, we will follow up with you after.

If patient cannot make their appointment, please call to notify that you will not be able to make the appointment prior. We do call to remind patient's their appointments 1-2 days prior. We ask that you be courteous and cancel your appointment if you cannot make it as other patients that are scheduled weeks to months out that may need to be seen sooner. We implemented a now so fee as we hope that you respect other patient's need as we respect your time. You can also request to be placed on wait list for sooner available appointments.
